*Please note your rubbish must be removed before your departure. Large community bins are location on the main road. *Please do not sit on furnishings with suncream as this will stain the fabrics and any damages you may be charged. *The electrical box is located next to the front door. If the electric should fail please check that all switches are in the upright position. If you don’t have electric and all switches are on please call Lee on 649778145. *If you are staying for 1 Week or longer there are extra towels in the bedroom wardrobes. If you are staying longer than a week you will also find extra linen in the wardrobes. *Parking is available on the road outside the property. Please don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle. *Please report any breakages etc to the management team so we can replace them for the next guests. *Please consider that you have neighbours and respect that they may not be on holiday. Please do not make any undue noise and if returning late at night try not to disturb anyone
Safety First SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Medical Services: To use any of the private clinics here you will need to carry your passport and insurance details. Any excess on your insurance will need to be paid to the clinic direct. If the treatment is more than the excess normally the clinic will contact your insurance. Remember to keep all receipts for anything you have paid direct. Beach Safety: Enjoying the beach and sea is great fun, however can be dangerous during rough conditions. We therefore recommend that you follow the flag warning signals available on most beaches and swim in the designated areas. Be especially careful if you have small children. *Familiarise yourself with the local flag warning system *Seek local advice on the safest beaches *Check to see if the beach has a lifeguard in attendance *Supervise children at all times *Do not swim at night *Beware of any ‘Zones’ for powerboats, Jet Ski’s etc *Always be protected against the sun’s rays. *Avoid midday sun *Never expose babies less than 6 months old to direct sunlight *Remember you can still burn in the shade, be careful *Drink plenty of water to avoid heat stroke Balcony Safety: If you are travelling with young children, make sure that they are not left unsupervised on balconies. Keep balcony furniture away from the railings so they are not encouraged to climb up. Bathroom Safety: Few hotels and apartments overseas provide non-slip mats for showers/baths. As bathroom floors are often tiled and can be slippy please take extra care to ensure you do not slip. We want you to have an enjoyable holiday, but remember that when in a foreign country you need to be more careful than at home, not less. Protect yourself and your valuables!! Reduce the risks by following these tips: *Treat your Bank/Credit cards as carefully as cash *When in crowds, keep your bag either strapped across your body or held firmly. *If you hire a car whilst on holiday, do not leave any valuables in the car.
