Important Information for Your Stay
1. Rubbish Disposal: Please ensure all rubbish is removed before your departure. Large community bins are located on the main road.
2. Furnishings: Do not sit on furnishings with suncream as it can stain the fabrics. You may be charged for any damages.
3. Electrical Box: Located next to the front door. If the electricity fails, check that all switches are in the upright position. If there is still no electricity, call Lee at 649778145.
4. Towels and Linen: For stays of one week or longer, extra towels are in the bedroom wardrobes. Additional linen is also available for stays longer than a week.
5. Parking: Available on the road outside the property. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
6. Breakages: Report any breakages to the management team so replacements can be arranged for the next guests.
7. Noise Consideration: Be mindful of the neighbours who may not be on holiday. Avoid undue noise, especially when returning late at night.
Safety Guidelines
-Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- Medical Services: Carry your passport and insurance details for private clinics. Any insurance excess must be paid directly to the clinic. Keep all receipts for any payments made.
Beach Safety:
- Follow the flag warning signals.
- Swim in designated areas.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Do not swim at night.
- Be aware of zones for powerboats and Jet Skis.
- Protect yourself from the sun:
- Avoid midday sun.
- Never expose babies under six months to direct sunlight.
- Be cautious even in the shade.
- Drink plenty of water to avoid heat stroke.
- Balcony Safety:
Supervise young children on balconies and keep furniture away from railings to prevent climbing.
- Bathroom Safety: Take extra care in bathrooms as tiled floors can be slippery. Use non-slip mats if available.
General Tips
- Treat your bank and credit cards as carefully as cash. -
In crowds, keep your bag strapped across your body or held firmly.
- Do not leave valuables in hire cars.
