Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable; remaining nights will be refunded.

If guests do not show up or cancel on the day of arrival, only the first night’s cost is charged.

To cancel, guests must contact us in writing by email or message through their booking platform.

Early departures / unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.

If you booked via Airbnb or another platform, their cancellation terms apply.
