Payment

Full payment is due at booking. Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or PayPal. Eligible guests may also see PayPal Pay Later options at checkout.

Cancellation

Direct bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. If cancellation is received within 24 hours before check-in, or on the day of arrival, the first night is non-refundable and the remaining nights are refunded. After check-in, early departures and unused nights are non-refundable. Requests must be made in writing. Read the full cancellation and amendment policy before booking.
