House rules

Please follow these rules throughout your stay and ensure that everyone in your party understands them.

• No smoking.
• No pets unless agreed in writing before the stay.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet times must be respected.
• The maximum occupancy for the booked property must not be exceeded.
• Guests must take reasonable care of the property and report damage or maintenance problems promptly.
• The booking guest is responsible for the behaviour of everyone in their party.
• Property-specific parking, access and check-in instructions must be followed.

Property-specific rules

Some properties have additional practical rules because their access, parking or surroundings differ. These will be shown in the property information or supplied after booking. Friars Court has a property-specific quiet time from 22:30.
