A base for friends and families

Friars Court sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, with a private terrace, a 100-inch cinema screen and Xbox Series X for evenings in. If you prefer two bedrooms, 53a Front Street sleeps up to four and has a full kitchen, washer and workspace.

The four Front Street studios each sleep up to four, with a kitchenette and one bathroom. Sleeping and living space share the same room, with a bed and sofa bed, so check the arrangements suit your group. Bed linen and towels are included at every property.

Getting to Warhammer World

The visitor venue is Warhammer World, Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS. It is a different destination from the Warhammer shop on Friar Lane in the city centre.

The venue identifies Gregory Street on the Toton Lane tram branch as its nearest tram stop. Its official directions cover travel by tram, bus, car and on foot. Use them alongside current NET tram information to plan your journey.

Visitor parking is provided at the venue, but spaces can fill up. Parking at your accommodation is separate: the Arnold stays have free onsite parking, while Friars Court has one off-street space for one vehicle.

The Exhibition Centre and many events require tickets. Some large events can change normal visitor access, so review the official entry and ticket information for your dates.

Questions about your Warhammer trip

Can friends book several studios?

Yes, subject to availability at each property. Contact Lauren with your dates, group size and sleeping requirements if you would like help choosing several stays.

What if the event starts before check-in?

Check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in needs prior agreement and depends on cleaning and availability. Check-out is by 10:30; late check-out is not available.

Can we explore Nottingham as well?
