All five Arnold properties sleep up to four guests. Bed linen and towels are included.

Prefer separate bedrooms?
53a Front Street is a two-bedroom apartment for up to four guests, with a full kitchen, washer, workspace and private patio. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a double lower bed and single upper bed; the other has a small double bed.
The apartment has steep stairs, so please speak to Lauren before booking if you have mobility requirements.
A practical base in Arnold
Front Street places you close to Arnold’s town-centre shops, cafés, bars and public transport. You can prepare meals in your own space and explore Nottingham during your stay. As this is a town-centre setting, some street or surrounding noise may occur.

Parking and arrival
Free onsite parking is available at all five Front Street properties. Use the property-specific directions supplied with your booking to reach the car park. If you are bringing a van or more than one vehicle, ask Lauren about suitability before booking.
The studios have steps or access limitations, and 53a has steep stairs. Contact us before booking if anyone in your party needs easier access.

Do the studios have cooking facilities?
Yes. Each studio has a kitchenette. For a full kitchen, choose the two-bedroom apartment at 53a Front Street. See each property page for its facilities and photographs.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, towels and bed linen are included at all five Arnold properties.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00; the studio arrival window is 15:00–23:00. Check-out is by 10:30. Early check-in requires prior agreement and depends on cleaning and availability. Late check-out is not available.
Can I book a longer work stay?
Check your dates in the booking form for availability and the full price. For a longer stay, contact Lauren with your dates, guest numbers and requirements.
